1. Does Backwoods offer key drop off after hours?

At this time, vehicles can be dropped off between 8am and 4:30pm

2. What form of payment does Backwoods accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit and EFT payments.

If you are a new customer and would like to pay by purchase order, please download and complete the Backwoods Credit Application please download and complete the Backwoods Credit Application and attach this with your work request submission to speed up the process.

3. I did not receive a confirmation email that you have received my work order request.

4. Do I use this portal for large fleet requests?
